Mina’s Kitchen opened in 1996, founded by Mina, born and raised in Liberia. Her mission: to share the comforting flavors of West Africa. From Liberia to Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and Togo—our dishes are prepared with heart and heritage. It’s food meant to nourish, comfort, and feel like home.
